- Always Be Recruiting-successful businesses are always searching for talent. Your strength in your Business is in the ability to have a pool of candidates to call on when it is time to expand your operations.
- Recruit for Personality Not Skill-skills can be trained, developed, and learned. Personality is very difficult to change. Surround your environment with personality you like for your clients will probably feel the same and TRAIN FOR SKILL
- Compensate for Performance-the success of your Business is measured by your performance. You perform well your Business grows, you perform poorly you Business declines. Build your Team with compensation that mirrors this process.
