This is how leaders lead.
As a former executive with a major Fortune 500 firm, who referred his team “to get their
resume done”.
We wanted each of them to have their resume at it's best before
being submitted to HR's internal recruiting system.
We wanted them to be ready for PROMOTIONS that might come
internally.
We wanted them to be ready for INTERNAL TRANSFERS that might come as
the firm shifted talent around based on some divisions making profit and others
not.
