I was excited to see the Kansas City Chiefs win the Super Bowl.
As an Eagles and Chiefs fan, Andy Reid is one of my favorite
coaches. In his 21 years of NFL coaching, his teams have made the playoffs 15
times.
At Kansas City, Reid implemented run-pass options before other
NFL teams.
One of the reasons for Reid’s success is his openness to new
ideas. While the rest of the NFL viewed innovative college schemes as gimmicky,
Reid incorporated them into the KC offense.
Reid doesn’t simply tolerate new ideas. He actively seeks them
out. Reid is not afraid of change.
Reid’s wiliness to change led the Chiefs to a Super Bowl
Championship.
Most people say they are open to change but in reality, they are
not.
My questions for you are: how open are you to new ideas? Are you willing to
change, if it means winning?
